Encouraging women to try adventurous travel
The creators of Moderately Adventurous are vegetarian and vegan. Go earth! We are proud to eat rabbit food or what we call bunny fare. The posts we write about food are often plant based, except for desserts too yummy for us to pass up. We hope the descriptions of vegan and vegetarian treats will inspire others to be healthier travelers. We also want to support safe restaurants and spread the word to fellow health warriors.
You go on vacation and want to indulge. You saved for months and diet is the last thing you want to think about. We get it. But there is a happy medium between trying local authentic cuisine and eating healthy. We point out the vegetarian and vegan places that we tried and loved. If we didn’t love it, it probably won’t be on our site (unless we want to warn you to stay away). Why not come back from vacation tanner, fitter, and healthier than when you left? It’s worth a shot.
